Title: News sub-forum missing on Log In

I've encountered a strange error in that I can see the "NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS" sub-forum while logged out, but not while logged in. All other portions of the board are still available.

Fixed permissions!  Thanks for the heads up.  Upgrading your access as reward.
