Title: Spotlight 1.4

Just reminding people to get their submissions for the Winter issue of Spotlight in as soon as possible.  We don't want to run a month late again this issue.

The theme is space.  So spotlight on FTL:2448, Incursion and EZ Space.  And crossovers between any of the three and any other Tri Tac property.

Hard deadline is Dec 7.
