Well, I certainly didn't expect to see the official forum roar back to life, but I'm very glad that it has.
As to the subforum question, I think it's important not to have too many, particularly on a forum which is likely to have a pretty sedate pace of posting. One for each of the major RPG titles would make sense, but splitting those to have subforums for each variation would almost certainly result in permanently empty forums and lots of clutter (e.g. Bureau 13 and the D20 edition of Bureau 13 should probably share a subforum; likewise the different versions of Incursion).
I'd like to see one subforum for the microgames, one for the smaller RPGs (Duck Trooper, Murderhoof etc) and one for general chatter not necessarily about Tri Tac or even gaming.
