Elfwinds -- The Winds of Magic and Change
Re: Elfwinds -- The Winds of Magic and Change
So if you are working on Tritactic, who is working on Elfwinds itself?

At this point, it's just notes and a concept.
Re: Elfwinds -- The Winds of Magic and Change
That of course needs to change
Getting Tritactic done would be a wasted exercise for you if Elfwinds stays just notes and concepts *tickle*

One other thing, I think Elfwinds should have a much larger magic base to it than the other Tri Tac games do. Being a magic using character should have a nice set of options that are not just the basic spells every game has.

That was how the whole "Write me a new game engine" got started. Talk about your mission creep.
Re: Elfwinds -- The Winds of Magic and Change
Any idea how strong the magic system will be in this game compared to the magic in all the other Tri Tac games?
I realize the concept is magic and tech collide, but it would be nice if magic was more important or at least equal to the importance of the tech for a change.
A real Tri Tac high fantasy game would be so interesting.

Magic will be as powerful at tech, but still not "Fireball-Nuclear Winter" powerful.
