Good old ADF wrote a trilogy not too long ago that could form a nice incursion campaign.
I wonder if folks around here are familiar with the Taken Trilogy? They are light reading but decent. Classic ADF really.

titles. Lost and Found.
         The Light-years Beneath my Feet.
         The Candle of Distant Earth.

No, I never saw that series. I keep thinking about the book Illegal Aliens by Nick Pollata and Phil Foglio. The only difference is that Earth knows about the aliens. Otherwise, it could be set in the Incursion universe with no problem.

Or the film Fire in the Sky.  Grin

I wonder how that would work as a pre first session screening for a new group.

When I ran my Savage Incursion game, I had each person create their character and fit them up for a trip into the forest/park/on the road, and then I stripped them naked, changed (not dyed) their skin to orange and complete depilated them smooth as a baby's butt. Oh, and put a bar code across their foreheads. When they wake up, it's the bug asking them to help take over the ship and release him and the Greevals from bondage.

Still, it would be harrowing to remember the entire process of being captured, processed and then froze. Hmmm.

Orange, hairless, and barcoded?  Um, why?  For easy marking at whatever slave market they were to be sold at?

All part of the process of humiliating and putting the slaves in their place. In fact one of the PCs decided to keep the barcode on his forehead.
